1. Information we collect
Momentum Force AI collects information you provide directly (account email, company information, agent briefings) and information generated as you use the platform (call records, transcripts, conversation metadata, billing usage). We collect this information to operate the voice and SMS agents, render your dashboard, and bill you accurately.
2. How we use information
We use your data to: (a) provide the contracted AI voice/SMS agent services, (b) display analytics and metrics in your hub, (c) handle billing and invoicing, (d) communicate with you about your account, and (e) improve the service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share necessary data with subprocessors required to deliver the service: Retell (voice AI), CloseBot (SMS AI), Cloudflare (infrastructure), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and OpenAI (Whisper transcription if you use voice dictation). All subprocessors are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements.
4. Recordings & transcripts
Voice call recordings and transcripts are stored encrypted at rest and retained per your contracted retention period (default: 12 months). Recordings of leads and customers are governed by applicable two-party-consent laws — you are responsible for ensuring call recording disclosures are included in your AI agent's scripts.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@momentumforce.ai. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
